Shipping Policy

All in stock orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If your order is a pre-order, there will be an expected ship date displayed when you place the order.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In Store Pickup

If you would like to pickup your order at our shop in Spring Hill, FL please call (727)-857-3008 to arrange a pickup.

How Do I Check Order Status?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return Policy

Shock Powersports will allow a refund where you have changed your mind, provided that you let us know within 5 business days and pay return shipping provided that the item in question is:

  1. returned within 5 days of receiving order at buyers expense;
  2. as new and is not used;
  3. in a resalable condition; and
  4. not damaged in any way.

For any e-Bike, e-Moto, or Golf Cart orders that are cancelled after your order is confirmed will be subject to a restocking fee of 5% on the total order amount. You will not receive a full refund, even if the order has not shipped. 

Please note, with e-Bikes, e-Motos, and Golf Carts; Once you have ridden them they are not in the same state as you received them and will be considered used, so you cannot receive a full refund unless the product is not fit for purpose.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
