Depending on location, you should receive your order within 1 - 2 weeks.

Bikes that are purchased will be shipped the week they are purchased.

Your order will be shipped the following week. (If order is placed on Saturday, it will be shipped the following Tuesday

Your SurRon Light Bee and Ultra Bee will be shipped in a wooden crate with a cardboard box over top. Fuell, Stacyc, Fantic, and Bintelli Bikes are shipped in cardboard boxes.

SurRon Light Bee and Ultra Bee’s, you will have to install handlebars, front brake levers, front fender, throttle, and front wheel. Fuell bikes will have to install handlebars, Display, peddles, and air up front and rear tires. Stacyc bikes you will need to install Handlebars, front tire, and air up front tire. Fantic bikes you will need to install handlebars, front tire, air up front and rear tires, air up front forks, and air up rear shock. Bintelli bikes you will need to install handlebars, front tire, front fender, and air up front and rear tires.

All batteries will have a small amount of charge on them for testing before shipping. You will have to fully charge your battery before use.
